All The Money In The World - Ridley Scott (2017) A very good film. All the more extraordinary given the production story. The currently running tv show ' Trust' , which covers the same story, is also really good btw.

Small Town Crime - Eshom and Ian Nelms (2017) Exceeded expectations. Taut, modern day noir. The Missus also gave it a seal of approval. Star Wars The Last Jedi - Rian Johnson (2017) Hits all the appropriate buttons. All considered one of the better entries.

Last Jedi was okay. Visually stunning, storyline could have been better. I was confused from start to finish.

Seen that one, multiple times. Used too be shown on TV, around Easter. Saw it at the cinema when I was a kid. Also saw The Robe which was a big deal at the time, although I was too young to understand the story. I think it was the first cinemascope film and the local picture house had to have the screen refitted.

Seen that one, multiple times. Used too be shown on TV, around Easter. Yes, every year at Passover. I've watched it every year for many years. And each time I hear something new.

Or like when they used to run the Wizard of Oz.

The Commuter - Jaume Collet-Serra (2018) Latest annual Liam Nesson action man outing. Not as bad as the reviews led me to believe, apart from the final reel when all restraint is abandoned and our lad indulges in wildly age inappropriate daring do. The Missus loved it, which is the main thing, I guess. She then asked me to play ' The one where he is Santa Clause '. We thus rewatched Run All Night.

You Were Never Really Here - Lynne Ramsay (2017) Brilliantly directed and edited with a great central performance. Must see.
