I hadn't heard this in a while and like playing along with it. He was popular in the mid to late '70s, had a hit with "I'm on Fire" then a solo hit in '84 "Girls". Dwight Twilley

I have an old friend( who was once the other guitar player in the basement band I was in) whose nickname was "Twilly", or "Twilly D". His last name started with "D", so that's where IT came in, and he got that nickname in the mid '60's, about a year or so before I met him. Of course, years later I'd kid him about Dwight. He'd kid back saying "i should sue him." But of course too, there's no relation. Name OR music-wise. My "Twilly" began studying classical guitar when he was 8 and studied years under JOE FAVA. Then by the later '60's turned his attention more towards jazz and has made an augmented living playing in clubs. Lives in Florida now, and I have no idea how often he gets playing gigs. Whitefang
