Will my neighbors enjoy it if I sat on my porch on summer nights playing one of these? Fascinating instrument. Whitefang

I thought about it in the 80's or 90's. At the time I just was not sure what direction I wanted to take. I tried several other instruments back then but nobody I knew had a digi so I missed out on that one. Uke, guitar, autoharp, dulcimer, melodica, all kinds of rhythm stuff like shakers and tambourines, but all roads led back to harmonica.
Not sorry!

Saw it in some TV commercial for something or other recently and got the idea for the query. Always thought it a fascinating but also regional instrument, pretty much like this: Whitefang

OK, so---- Would my neighbors be more annoyed by a didgeridoo, or by one of these? Looks like fun to try, don't it? Whitefang

Yeah, I did okay with them but there was just not a lot of call form them among the people I was hanging out with at the time. And that set went away at some point. I got a Snoopy model a few years ago that has gotten dusty in recent years.
I had a lot of percussion stuff in the 80's/90's but really settled on harmonica back then.

Mentioned there was one of those around the house when I was growing up. Never could get the hang of it. Thought I was gonna bust out my two front teeth! Whitefang
