When Paul Oliver was in the States during 1960 researching what was to become "Conversation With The Blues" (1965) he took the attached photo in the Brooklyn apartment of Tiny Robinson (Leadbelly's niece). The half-hidden guitarist is Johnny Williams and Tiny's "bobby-soxers" were dancing to the then latest craze, "The Madison". Also present, but not seen, was an aged Martha Promise aka Martha Leadbitter! Attachments:

This cat had his own way Sounded like him self The first song of his I ever did was Boom Boom Boom I had never herd him do it I lerned it from the Rolling Stones when I was In high schools. I learned a lot of blues from the Brit Groups then found them later After Radio changed and started playing something other than top tin Kidd crap
