My son wants to buy Sue something "just because" and we've decided on some upgrades to her Mustang. It's down to two styles: #1 And #2 What say ye?

I'm pretty much a traditionalist - no. 2 for me.

Hey geez If'n it was me.....I'd prefer #1. It just looks fast and cool. Several years ago, my little brother bought a limited edition, Jack Roush Mustang. That particular year, I think Jack built around 125 of them.....and Jeff's was number 72. That has got to be the fastest street car I've ever been in. Please forward my name & address to your son. I know I ain't his Mama......but I do think "right smart" of him and wouldn't mind a bit to be seen around here sporting around in either one of the mustangs in your picture. [happy]

Don't know here but think 2 would look better minus front plate bracket and a solid color air dam or one more stylish. I like the fog lights on grill for look and functionally. Mine on a Fusion are lower and don't project very far.

I like # 2 also. I bought my son a 1966 Mustang for his 16th birthday.I got tired of working on it and sold it.I wish I had it back!

Well Steven B, I doubt he'd be interested in any kind of Mustang himself. He just doesn't like 'em. He is partial to the new Scion FR-S: He's recently gotten his SCCA license and is currently running his Scion in SCCA races at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows, CA. thunderhill.com/staticpages/index.php?page=TrackMap WHAT a nice track! I wish I had something like that when I was racing back in the 60's! He's also got an '86 Nissan 300ZX that he's prepping for racing. One thing's fer sure, that kid knows how to have fun! Dan

I'm playing with the numbers so I can get my retirement toy soon. My 'Fun Fund' investments have been doing pretty well and I'm almost there! Possibly next Spring...
