Interesting set of controls. I assume clean, Tweed overdrive and Plexi overdrive, no master volume control on the overdrive channels. (I assume that it is 2 different overdrive channels).

Without seeing the tube layout and so on can't really tell if the Tweed and Plexi are true separate channels or just some variation on the same channel circuit. (I guess) I'm surprised there is not a photo of the tube layout. There is a good bit of money already invested in it with just the Weber Alnico speakers and the THD Hot Plate. It would probably be good for a person that has fairly good knowledge working on tube amps. They may get it for ? $350-$400 but being local pickup only that would really thin down potential buyers.

I had a somewhat similar amp for about 18 months. Peavey Delta Blues 210. It had plenty of nice features and sounded dang good for a harp amp that would cut through pretty well. I'm not up on all the tech specs but standard practice with a tube amp for harp is to use a 12au7 in P3- pre amp socket- to tame the gain some. Otherwise the 210 worked well for me with a bullet/crystal or CM element mic.
I don't know about buying a franken amp though. Jo and I bought a couple of Fender Vibro Champs a few years ago, one was in very good stock condition, the other had been messed with- different ohm speaker, some cab rot from moisture, and a few other choice issues with electronics, all of which we had dealt with. The speaker should have been I think 4 ohm and was 8, which made it distort more, so I kept it in and used the amp for harp.
Other than a pre amp tube swap and a different speaker here and there I've never gone into building or rebuilding.

I have a Peavey Delta Blues 2x10 also and a really nice sounding amp. I just haven't been using it much this year. It may be time to sell it.
