Rest In Peace Leslie West. I saw him 2x, once with Mountain in Boston at a venue called The Ark, (I knew one of the bouncers so we got in for free through the backstage entrance, and once at The Spectrum in Philly some years later with West Bruce, and Lang.

bad as that may be, I feel sorrier for my brother in law Stan. He was married to my wife's older sister Anita( my wife was the second of six sisters, Anita was the first). They were married 63 years before her passing this last May 2nd, which was also Stan's birthday. All due to complications from a fall she took in Jan. of this year. My wife had a stroke in '16, and over the next couple years also developed kidney issues that required dialysis. And in summer of '18, developed a sore on her ankle that had to be amputated just above her right knee. We knew she'd never fully recover and the days were numbered, but did think she'd hold out a year or two longer. Anita was gone within four months of her fall.
Folks were at least able to pay last respects to Alicia, but because of Covid, our visits to her were strictly limited(except for the first three months of her hospitalization) and no funeral home viewing was possible either.
