I don't think Alberta Hunter qualifies for the 'Under-recorded blues greats' category.There must be something wrong with your yardstick! From 1921 to 1983 she recorded in almost every decade during that time. What a life she had. Check out Alberta: A Celebration In Blues (Frank Taylor, McGraw Hill 300pps).
