This is one from the series that I often listen to (CD reissue, not LP): Some more that come to mind: (reissue of Harris and Stitt Argo LPs, "2 LP on 1 CD")

Yeah, though I'm not a huge guitar fan, KB and Barney Kessel are my favorite guitarists. Some people think KB's "Night at the Vanguard" is his best recording.

Wow, I haven't heard or read mention of Argo in a long time. Was Cadet a similar Chess off shoot?
I'm going to listen to those Tom. I see Desert Winds - Illinois Jacquet & Kenny Burrell full LP on YouTube. Kenny is a favorite and Illinois has always intrigued me. Also there are some cuts from "Night at the Vanguard" and Barry Harris cuts on Youtube.

I think I own this? It might take awhile to find it since my collection is still in boxes from the move.

I'm familiar with this album. If John or Bill happen to be viewing this thread, correct me if I'm wrong. But is this the release with the badly out of tune piano which almost ruins the session?

I'm certainly a fan of the Argo/Cadet labels. Titles other than those by Ahmad Jamal and Ramsey Lewis are not that easy to come by on LP these days, but it is a thrill when one turns up.

In 1965, chess learned of the UK Argo label and renamed their Argo label, Cadet. rooster
