The singles that i list of The Originals doing background vocals for other artists while they were with Motown is almost certainly an incomplete listing. these are the tracks that i was able to find some mention of in various media.
while The Originals did sign with the Motorcity Label in 1992 and an LP was produced (with members of The Supremes), the proposed singles from that album don't seem to have been released.
Group member Freddie Gorman died in 2006, shortly thereafter, founding member Hank Dixon and His daughter Terrie Dixon reformed the Originals with Defrantz Forrest, son of Gene Chandler and Gorman's son, Dillon for touring purposes.
