So, my parents are buying me an iPad for Christmas. However, I was told by some members on the Music Player Forum, that I should still hold on to my old iMac, computer. Even though, it's nine years old. I was planning on parting with my iMac.

Right, so I now have my iPad and realize I still need to keep my iMac for YouTube. As I can not access the channel customization feature, or check analytics. As my iPad is a mobile device, and not a computer. Even though I will use the iPad more, then my iMac, still have too hold on to my Mac desktop. I was able to transfer my account information from my iPhone 8 to my iPad. Too set everything up.
Also downloaded Animoog for iPad for $9.99.

A quick note. Apple changed the lightning port on their newer iPad’s. So my Korg plug key will not work.

If anyone plans on buying any apple products. Be prepared too buy only apple’s accessories. Because apple only wants you to buy their products only. So no crossover products. Can’t use the KORG plugkey on othe newer iPad. Need to buy, an iRig keyboard for use with the new iPads. Otherwise you will need an adapter, beacuse of the USB-C port on the iPad. The same is true for new generation iPhones.
