Sure. Big whup, eh? Big storm in southeast Mich. last Wed. left around 500,000 of us without electric power until last night. And since my only iNet connection is through a desktop PC, I couldn't get here to keep up with things. Luckily, the gas still worked and with the help of a long barreled barbecue lighter I was still able to cook something and keeping an old stove top coffee percolator proved to be a lifesaver. And one thing for sure.... If the Generac thing isn't possible, I'm getting back into having oil lamps in the house. I was into those things back in the '70's and a big blackout in '79 proved them to be a huge asset. But one thing I learned.... Those oil lamps don't light up a room as bright as the ones in those old Western movies! Whitefang

Well, glad you're back! Ironically we had a lightning strike early this afternoon and it took power down for about 45 minutes. All good now!
