Feinberg's Bach used to be revered in certain circles (e.g. rec.music.classical.recordings) iirc, so I picked this obscure set up from Berkshire a few years ago. The only documentation given is "Recorded 1959". But it sounds pretty good.

On the same label (and with a similar paucity of info) I have Shostakovich's Tenth Symphony played on piano four hands, the hands belong to Shostakovich and Mieczysław Weinberg, and a selection of the Op.87 Preludes & Fugues played by the composer.
Cheers, ~k.

I pulled the trigger on this collection this past week after seeing a 25% price break. I have read many glowing reviews of this collection. Hey, it's Bernstein too so it should be pretty good. Now listening to disc 1 Symphony #1

Onto disc 2 Symphony #3 One thing I will say about these performances is that they carry a lot of punch sound wise.

Thanks Tom. Although I am more of a casual listener to Classical music, I'm always looking for new music.
I'll give it a go

Not my first choice for WTC (though it's not bad) - part of a small Bach/Mozart library I keep in the office for occasional work listening. This also at work:

While I have been in no especial hurry about it, I am gradually getting to know (well, listening for the first time, at the least) all the Bach cantatas.
Cheers, ~k.
