Jo's left eye was done this morning. The hospital had to do some things different due to the Crap19 scare and they seemed rushed and croiwded into smaller spa=c, which I don't get how that safeguards against people being exposed to a virus, but I'm just peon.
This one was a bit harder but it's done. Patient resting comfortable. Post op exam in the morning. If this one is anywhere close to the right, she's going to have either xray vision or laser power. Doc said she may get by with usual reader glasses! A checkup in December and another in March and that's it.

Well, I do remember my speech class teacher saying( and it's an old bit of advice) that to ease your anxiety when public speaking, try to imagine all the audience in their underwear of nude. So that X-ray vision might come in handy! Especially when playing to larger crowds than you're used to. Whitefang

We live on crowds. I've played to hundreds and at a fest with attendance in the thousands. Born a ham.

Aside from other health issues, the good news is, Jo's vision is still better than it has ever been. Better than mine even! She sees a bug from 20 feet away now.

Glad to learn of that.

She's determined we will play on the street at least once this weekend. I'm ready!
